"DONT USE HIS OFFICE OR STATE FARM THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE! BAD BUSINESS, DO NOT USE HIM he is sneaky and acts like he cares but does not. Long story short, anyway i got water damage in my house he never once fought for me to try and get my house fixed. The water damage was from Loescher Heating and Air first of all. ILoescher Heating n Air should have fixed ot first of all but they told me to turn it into my insurance n have my insurance go after theirs which should have NEVER happened this way but i had no choice so did what they said. Anyway it happened in June and it’s now November and still my house isn’t fixed. Then i FINALLY get them to come out to my house a claims adjuster not Jordan Messick from somewhere that works for State Farm and I had a contractor at my house when they arrived so they could not screw me more than they already have, and they got me my money but then i get a phone call from Jordan Messick on 11/7/24 telling me i have no home owners insurance they cut me off on 11/5/2024 for claims that were not even my fault! DO NOT USE STATE FARM they pretend to care but really don’t! A good agent will fight for you not treat you this way!"
